Yin Yoga helps the connective tissues of the body – the tendons and ligaments – by increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility. Yin yoga cultivates the awareness of inner silence. Restores the body’s connective tissues, especially in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Natural room temperature. Non-heated class.
