Our popular Sun Yoga classes are fit for beginners and advanced practitioners. Starting with Vinyasa sun salutations, followed by alignment focused Hatha yoga poses and ending with an optional tantric deep relaxation, our signature Sun Yoga classes provide total mind, body and emotional transformation. Sun Yoga is practiced in our state of the art infrared heated studio up to 105 degrees. Feel the powerful benefits of our Sun Yoga, for best results practice consistently at least 4 times a week.
