Please arrive 20 minutes before class to fill out your registration form and find a good place in class.
Reservations are recommended.
Bring a yoga mat, large towel and a water bottle. Water comfortable workout clothing.
Stay in the room for the entire class. Pick a class time that you can commit to staying the entire class.
Come 4 days in a row or 4 in a week to feel the powerful benefits of our SUN YOGA practice.
Take the INTRO CHALLENGE for best start!
No large meals at least 2 hours before class.
Be well hydrated. Drink water throughout the entire day. (One glass of water an hour is a great habit.)
Silence in the studio room. We love to talk story outside on the lobby though. :)
If class is full, please place the top right corner of your mat with a Sun Yoga sticker on the floor.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. Reservations are released 4 minutes prior to class.
Please be on your mats ready to start at least 1 minute before class.
