Why practice SUN YOGA? What are the benefits?
Most of our new students start with our SUN YOGA INTRO CHALLENGE: practice 8 times in 14 days. The main motivation to take our challenge is to experience the wellness that comes with a consistent Sun Yoga practice. Our beginners usually come in thinking that yoga will help them increase flexibility. It’s true, yoga does help increase flexibility. However, it does much more than that. It is a powerful tool of self-transformation in many levels. The increase well-being that comes with a consistent Sun Yoga practice is due to the scientifically proven health benefits of yoga, the infrared heat, and of course the love and dedication of our wonderful Sun Yoga instructors and amazing community!
